Five steps to joining Kagira Memorial Academy

  1. Inquiry
    Reach out by phone or email to ask about admission for your learner.
  2. Visit the school
    Parents and guardians are welcome to visit Kagira Memorial Academy during weekdays to see the school in person.
  3. Assessment
    The school conducts an assessment as part of the admissions process.
  4. Enrollment
    Learners who meet the school's admission requirements are enrolled.
  5. Payment
    Fees are settled to confirm and complete enrollment.

What to bring

Admission documents

To complete enrollment, the school asks parents and guardians to provide the following:

  • 01 Assessment reports from the learner's previous school
  • 02 Assessment number
  • 03 UPI number
  • 04 A copy of the learner's birth certificate

There is no stated age requirement for admission. Learners are admitted once they meet the school's assessment-based requirements.

Costs

School fees, per term

Fees are charged per term and differ for day scholars and boarders. Figures below are as supplied by the school; anything not yet confirmed is marked clearly.
